Jean-Claude PETIT was born in 1974 in Metz, Moselle (France) and has been living in Paris since 2021. He graduated in 1998 from Ecole Centrale Lyon, one of France's top engineering schools, and then served for two years as Deputy Nuclear Affairs Advisor at the French Embassy in Moscow. Jean-Claude PETIT’s personal interests include technologies and geopolitics. During his 24-year automotive career (in France, Germany, Russia, and Turkey at Hutchinson and Valeo), he primarily worked in R&D and innovation for German clients, before moving into operations as Plant Manager and Country Director for Valeo Automotive in Russia. Since 2015, he has been heavily involved in procurement activities in the Middle East and Asia. During this period, he has been responsible for sales to global OEMs across all regions in the fields of mechanics and electrification. In October 2024, he will join ALAGAN.tech Solutions, focusing on sales and procurement.
