With 25 years of experience in business, finance and economic research, Nicolas MICHELON is the Founder and CEO of Asia Intelligence Advisory, a corporate geoeconomics and strategic & business intelligence consultancy. Dividing his time between Paris and Istanbul, Nicolas has worked for 15 years in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan as an economist (French Ministry of Finance assigned to the French Consulate in Hong Kong), financial analyst (KPMG in Hong Kong), portfolio manager (Schroders in Singapore) and more recently as a strategic & business intelligence consultant specializing in the Global South.
Nicolas also lectures as Adjunct Professor and Visiting Lecturer on strategic & business intelligence, geopolitics and geoeconomics of the Indo-Pacific at institutions such as ESCP Business School (France), Galatasaray University (Turkey), International University of Monaco and the School of Economic Warfare - EGE (Paris School of Economic Warfare). He is a member of the International Consortium for the Study of Economic Leverage in Peace and Conflict (ICEL) coordinated by King's College London

With 25 years of experience, he has held key operational and executive roles in leading global automotive company. He specializes in manufacturing, process engineering, SC management, performance management, and operational excellence, with a proven ability to transform manufacturing networks and drive the industry's transition to electrification.
Recently joined Alagan.Tech, contributing to electrification projects. He lives in Paris.

Jean Claude Petit
Business Partner
Jean-Claude PETIT was born in 1974 in Metz, Moselle (France) and has been living in Paris since 2021.
He graduated in 1998 from Ecole Centrale Lyon, one of France's top engineering schools, and then served for two years as Deputy Nuclear Affairs Advisor at the French Embassy in Moscow. Jean-Claude PETIT’s personal interests include technologies and geopolitics.
During his 24-year automotive career (in France, Germany, Russia, and Turkey at Hutchinson and Valeo), he primarily worked in R&D and innovation for German clients, before moving into operations as Plant Manager and Country Director for Valeo Automotive in Russia. Since 2015, he has been heavily involved in procurement activities in the Middle East and Asia. During this period, he has been responsible for sales to global OEMs across all regions in the fields of mechanics and electrification.
In October 2024, he will join ALAGAN.tech Solutions, focusing on sales and procurement.

Sinan Özkök

- Between 1993 and 2015, he held many executive positions at Renault headquarters in France and Renault Turkey, in the areas of Product Planning, Strategic Marketing, Network Development, Commercial Operations.
- In 2015, he became the first Turkish General Manager appointed for Nissan Turkey where he doubled the brand's market share. Appointed as the President of Nissan India Operations in 2019, he was responsible for all functions including production, engineering, purchasing, sales and marketing, finance for the Nissan and Datsun brands in this country, one of the most important automobile markets in the world. Thanks to successful product launches, especially in 2020 in difficult conditions in the midst of Covid-19, the brand has strengthened its position in this important market and received numerous awards.
- Appointed as the President of Nissan India Operations in 2019, he was responsible for all functions including production, engineering, purchasing, sales and marketing, finance for the Nissan and Datsun brands in this country, one of the most important automobile markets in the world. Thanks to successful product launches, especially in 2020 in difficult conditions in the midst of Covid-19, the brand has strengthened its position in this important market and received numerous awards.
- He held the position of Vice President Business Development for the NISSAN AMIEO region between 2022 and 2024. On top of this strategic role, he was responsible for market development and importer operations in Europe, in 32 countries with a turnover of more than 1 billion euros.
