Seçil Şendağ is a social impact & communications consultant with over 25 years of experience. She expands her expertise globally through her consultancy work at Alagan.tech, leveraging her decades of experience. She developed impact-focused communication strategies and implemented them through social capital projects, corporate reputation-focused projects, stakeholder, and media management with her agency.

She also has proven success in public awareness within multidisciplinary social impact projects, with significant experience in EU-funded projects and UN Organizations. She has extensive experience as a key communication expert in EU projects in Turkey, such as the City Air Technical Assistance for Improving Air Quality and Raising Public Awareness. Her focus is on social sustainability, sustainability communication on gender, climate action, and migration.

Seçil Şendağ has also extensive experience in sustainable mobility, collaborating with NGOs in both the EU and Turkey to establish thought leaders in this field. She is also a founding board member of the Sustainable Mobility Initiative (SMI), where she actively contributes as a communication expert.

Seçil Şendağ has in-depth knowledge of gender equality, with the purpose of the social and economic empowerment of women and women-led cooperatives. She’s been working as an external consultant and DE&I consultant with the impact of private sector, civil society, and global entities namely EUD, FAO, and UN Women.

She imparts her knowledge through engaging training sessions, and impactful speeches for groups and leaders. She regularly speaks at conferences and media outlets on social sustainability, including prestigious platforms such as Horasis Global and Regional Meetings, MEA President Meetings, and DP World’s Global Freight Summit.
