Selen Sismanyazici is a dynamic leader and entrepreneur with 27 years of experience in the automotive aftersales industry, specializing in spare parts, accessories, service sales, business development, sourcing and digitalization. As the Founder of T-Platform, a UAE/Dubai-based company established to meet the growing demand for private label and OEM/aftermarket solutions, Selen has spearheaded innovative strategies to enhance client profitability and market presence, particularly in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

With a proven track record of driving revenue growth, nurturing world-leading brands, and building high-performing teams, Selen combines strategic vision with operational excellence. Since launching T-Platform in 2022, she has focused on delivering tailored services for mid-size and large companies, leveraging direct supply chains and internal strategies to optimize profitability. Her entrepreneurial journey includes the successful launch of multiple projects in MEA region, showcasing her ability to transform vision into impactful results.

With 25 years of experience in business, finance and economic research, Nicolas MICHELON is the Founder and CEO of Asia Intelligence Advisory, a corporate geoeconomics and strategic & business intelligence consultancy. Dividing his time between Paris and Istanbul, Nicolas has worked for 15 years in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan as an economist (French Ministry of Finance assigned to the French Consulate in Hong Kong), financial analyst (KPMG in Hong Kong), portfolio manager (Schroders in Singapore) and more recently as a strategic & business intelligence consultant specializing in the Global South.

Nicolas also lectures as Adjunct Professor and Visiting Lecturer on strategic & business intelligence, geopolitics and geoeconomics of the Indo-Pacific at institutions such as ESCP Business School (France), Galatasaray University (Turkey), International University of Monaco and the School of Economic Warfare - EGE (Paris School of Economic Warfare). He is a member of the International Consortium for the Study of Economic Leverage in Peace and Conflict (ICEL) coordinated by King's College London

Nicolas is also the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Asia Power Watch, a monitoring platform for economic warfare in the Indo-Pacific region. Zafer SEYMEN, born in Turkey, in 1975, graduated from Yıldız Technical University in Istanbul with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Built two greenfield manufacturing sites for new investments and led them to full operation.
Global Industrial Director overseeing manufacturing operations across 32 sites in 15 countries, based at the Paris headquarters.
With 25 years of experience, he has held key operational and executive roles in leading global automotive company. He specializes in manufacturing, process engineering, SC management, performance management, and operational excellence, with a proven ability to transform manufacturing networks and drive the industry's transition to electrification.
Recently joined Alagan.Tech, contributing to electrification projects. He lives in Paris.

Sinan ÖZKÖK, graduated from the French Lycée Saint Benoît in Istanbul and then from the Istanbul Technical University / Management Engineering in 1993, started his professional life at Oyak-Renault.
  • Between 1993 and 2015, he held many executive positions at Renault headquarters in France and Renault Turkey, in the areas of Product Planning, Strategic Marketing, Network Development, Commercial Operations.
  • In 2015, he became the first Turkish General Manager appointed for Nissan Turkey where he doubled the brand's market share. Appointed as the President of Nissan India Operations in 2019, he was responsible for all functions including production, engineering, purchasing, sales and marketing, finance for the Nissan and Datsun brands in this country, one of the most important automobile markets in the world. Thanks to successful product launches, especially in 2020 in difficult conditions in the midst of Covid-19, the brand has strengthened its position in this important market and received numerous awards.
  • Appointed as the President of Nissan India Operations in 2019, he was responsible for all functions including production, engineering, purchasing, sales and marketing, finance for the Nissan and Datsun brands in this country, one of the most important automobile markets in the world. Thanks to successful product launches, especially in 2020 in difficult conditions in the midst of Covid-19, the brand has strengthened its position in this important market and received numerous awards.
  • He held the position of Vice President Business Development for the NISSAN AMIEO region between 2022 and 2024. On top of this strategic role, he was responsible for market development and importer operations in Europe, in 32 countries with a turnover of more than 1 billion euros.
 
Sinan ÖZKÖK, who is part of the "Global 50 Turkish Executives" published by Capital, is a Senior Consultant in management and business, focusing on topics such as business transformation, strategic approach, sustainable performance and operational excellence.
A member of CCIFT (French Chamber of Commerce in Turkey), Sinan ÖZKÖK is also a mentor for young engineers at ITU and gives Masterclasses in MBA programs. He’s living in Paris and in Istanbul.
