With 25 years of experience in business, finance and economic research, Nicolas MICHELON is the Founder and CEO of Asia Intelligence Advisory, a corporate geoeconomics and strategic & business intelligence consultancy. Dividing his time between Paris and Istanbul, Nicolas has worked for 15 years in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan as an economist (French Ministry of Finance, seconded to the French Consulate General in Hong Kong), financial analyst (KPMG in Hong Kong) and portfolio manager (Schroders in Singapore) and more recently as a strategic & business intelligence consultant specializing in the Global South.
Nicolas also lectures on strategic & business intelligence, geopolitics and Indo-Pacific geoeconomics as Adjunct Professor and Visiting Professor at ESCP Business School (France), Galatasaray University (Turkey), International University of Monaco and Ecole de Guerre Economique - EGE (Paris School of Economic Warfare). He is also a member of the International Consortium for the Study of Economic Levers in Peace and Conflict (ICEL) coordinated by King's College London.
Nicolas is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Asia Power Watch, an observatory of economic warfare in the Indo-Pacific region.
